Are you one of those people that cut your calorie intake to less than 1500 to lose weight? If you think that restricting your body of calories will lower your weight, then you couldn't be more wrong! By lowering your calorie intake, your body does not get everything it needs and feels the need to go into famine. This means that it holds on to any food you do allow it, Turning it into fat (to keep you warm) instead of burning it for energy!
In simpler terms...
You should be eating around 1500 calories a day.. NO less!
If, like me, your active and do a lot of exercise, obviously this should increase to around 1700/1800 a day!
ps... Make sure its good food because that matters to ;)!
